How much does Halemont Capital charge?

Halemont Capital offers two engagement tiers: Tier I (Capital Strategy & Alignment) at $15,000 plus 0.75% advisory equity vesting over 12 months, and Tier II (Strategic Capital Partner) at $35,000 plus 2% advisory equity vesting over 18 months. There are no transaction-based fees.

Is Halemont Capital a broker-dealer?

No. Halemont Capital is not a broker-dealer and does not perform broker-dealer functions. We provide strategic capital advisory — preparation, positioning, and capital structure guidance. We do not receive transaction-based compensation. Where appropriate, we facilitate selective introductions within our extended network of private investors following structured preparation.
